The Challenge
Drive community engagement and raises online awareness for Trillblazin with an experiential event.
My Role
Creative direction, strategy, event coordination, art direction, creative team management.
The Vision
We produced It Must Have Been the Roses, an event celebrating the Portland Trail Blazers playoff run. To drive engagement, we created hand dyed, rose colored 1-of-1 Nike Air Force 1s, which tied back to the event theme, and included live customization for attendees, so people could turn their sneakers and Trillblazin apparel into true one-of-ones. During the social rollout, the virality of the print gun customization drove fans to share and attend the event, leading to a line around the block at the opening of the event.
